I came to RI 27 years ago after being born and raised in NY. I practiced Products Liability law in NY prior to moving and came here because my husband, a physician, joined a medical practice. I practiced law for awhile in RI and in order attend to my three young sons, I taught middle school English, Algebra and ESL for ten years while my children were growing up.
I always loved property law and began selling real estate at Century 21 Butterman and Kryston along with the teaching. I eventually phased out the teaching as my children went off to college. I have been at the same office for 10 years and I love selling real estate. I love architecture and decorating. I am a full service realtor and try to provide all that I can. I try to advocate for my clients, listen to their requirements and try to satisfy all their needs.
Some of my strengths are that I am a conscientious, hard worker who perseveres in problem solving to see to it that a transaction is successful. I try to walk my client through the whole process to supply necessary information, explain all to them and take care of whatever comes up. I believe I am easy to get along with, negotiate well and follow through every step of the way to meet with success.
I love the real estate business and particularly enjoy doing all the relocations for our office, working with the relocation companies. I also teach in our office's fast track real estate licensing class as I have done this for many years. I still enjoy teaching this material and working with students. I have won many million dollar sales awards.
It is very rewarding to me to see my clients happy at the closing table and I am so flattered when I often hear that my clients are so grateful for all my support and hard work. A lovely form of flattery is when my clients come back to me the next time they need real estate services.
